Dinerstein Cos. and Coventry Real Estate Advisors will move forward with Dinerstein designing,building and managing a 340-unit apartment complex located on 6.25 acres at 4410 Westheimer. Apartment units will range in size from 767 to 1,347 square feet.
The new project will fall under Dinerstein’s, Millennium Apartment Group a portfolio of upscale apartments with properties in Texas, Florida and California. The project will be accompanied by a 10,000 square-foot restaurant space and 15,000 square feet for retail shops with a scheduled completion date in the summer of 2013.
